Keely Mohr

Trainings/Certifications:

Keely is ASHA-certified and licensed by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. She has pursued extensive continuing education in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, Motor Speech, Dyslexia, speech sound disorders, language disorders, neurodiversity, supervision and mentorship, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and more. Keely is trained and holds certificates in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, PROMPT : Motor Speech Approach, Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach to Feeding, and a Certified  Practitioner for Myomunchee.

Specialties:

Keely specializes in the assessment and treatment of language disorders, motor speech disorders, literacy challenges, speech sound disorders, swallowing, sensory feeding, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Additionally, she serves on Parkwood’s leadership team, leads clinical teams, and mentors new hires and clinical fellows and graduate students.

About Keely:

Keely has been a valued member of the Parkwood team for a decade, serving as a speech-language pathologist and mentor in the clinical and school setting. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with the families she supports, ensuring that each child receives individualized, high-quality care. Collaboration is at the heart of her approach, as she works closely with educators, therapists, doctors, and families to create the best outcomes for her clients.

During her graduate studies, Keely had the privilege of completing an internship at Randall Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon, where she trained alongside experts in the pediatric in-patient and acute care settings to support children and infants with swallowing and cognitive challenges. Committed to lifelong learning, Keely continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise in assessment and treatment of speech, language and swallowing disorders in the world of pediatrics.

Keely lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with her husband, two hilarious kiddos, and two lively puppies who keep the household on its toes. A lifelong book lover, she can often be found immersed in a great novel. She has a passion for travel and loves discovering new destinations with her family, always seeking out hidden gems and memorable experiences. When she’s not exploring new places, she enjoys indulging in her love of fashion and design, whether that be curating the perfect wardrobe or working on creative home projects. She feels truly privileged to be able to support children in their speech, language, and swallowing development at PWC. Her goal is to make a positive impact and help these incredible kids reach their full potential.
