Aimee Price, M.A., CF-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

About Me

Aimee graduated this May and has since made the big move from Kentucky to Oregon to start her career at Parkwood. Aimee thoroughly enjoyed her externships working with clients in the acute hospital setting, outpatient and school settings during graduate school. Aimee highly values the use of Evidence Based Practice and incorporating new research into clinical practice. Aimee is extremely passionate about continuing to grow as a clinician and providing a safe environment for her clients to develop their skills and be their authentic selves.  Outside of the clinic, Aimee enjoys going on adventures with her partner and their dog (Miko). She also enjoys a lazy day at home knitting with their two cats (Goose and Agnes).

As a new graduate, Aimee is looking forward to continuing to grow her knowledge working with clients who have oral myofunctional disorders and infant/toddler feeding.  What brought you to Parkwood: I was drawn to Parkwood because the clinic doesn’t just state its values; it truly lives them out. Collaboration, openness, and growth are clearly shown through the actions of Parkwood Clinic and its staff. I am so excited to begin my journey at Parkwood and grow into a clinician that lives out these values every day. As a new graduate, growth is so important to me. I may have completed my degree, but I believe that learning never stops. I am so excited to continue to learn and grow with the wonderful team at Parkwood!
