About Me

Keesha is originally from Union, Oregon, and has been with Parkwood since 2023. She enjoys working with both the children and adult populations. During graduate school, she completed clinical placements at Beaver Acres Elementary Independent Skills Center, implementing AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) to support functional communication and Maryville Skilled Nursing Facility, assessing and treating adults with cognitive-communication deficits, aphasia and dysphagia.

Outside of work, Keesha enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, playing/watching basketball, and walking her dog, Blue.

Specialties

Keesha has specialty training in treating and assessing sensory feeding along with notable experience in cognitive-communication deficits/executive functioning challenges, selective mutism, autism spectrum disorder, social communication and articulation.
